Lolli's Loops, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing clear and transparent information about our shipping process. Please review the details below to understand our shipping practices.


Shipping Methods and Costs

Default Shipping Method: We use ground delivery as our default shipping method to minimize costs while ensuring reliable delivery. Typical carriers include [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx]. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. For most orders, we try to use fixed shipping rates which are close to actual shipping rates.  Shipping on Special Orders will be calculated separately and billed at cost.  During checkout, you’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time: Standard ground delivery within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options may arrive sooner.


Order Weight and Packaging

Our products generally weigh between 5–10 pounds or more due to the high-quality lobster rope materials we use. This may affect shipping costs and delivery times. Rest assured, we take care to package your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're located outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us at hello@lollisloops.com to discuss options.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.


Shipping Issues

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@lollisloops.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
